• You’ll first schedule an interview with your local office.

• Interviews may be conducted in person, by phone, or via video call.

• During the interview, we’ll discuss your experience, availability, and whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time work.

• We’ll also talk through scheduling preferences and the type of caregiving work that best fits your goals.

In some cases, a job offer may be extended the same day. Other applicants may be invited for a follow-up conversation.

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and any state-specific requirements. Our goal is always to help you start as quickly as possible.
